If you’re hosting in a Bowdon garden, look for a flat, open spot. As a guide, a 12ft x 12ft castle needs about 15ft x 19ft of space and 14–16ft of clear height, away from branches and wires. A gentle slope is usually fine. Larger items like the Warrior Wall and 3D combis need more room, so check the size on each product page.

“Big thank you to these guys! The kids LOVED it. It was a surprise for my daughter’s 2nd birthday. Cannot say enough positive things. We contacted them on a Thursday and they showed up bright and early on a Saturday. There’s no such thing as late notice with these guys. They are quick, efficient and they communicate really well. Do it guys!! Book them! I will only be using Ben ‘n’ Jacks!!”

“We had a fantastic experience with Ben & Jacks. The response to my initial enquiry was very quick, and there are loads of well-documented options to choose from, which made booking easy. Communication in the lead-up to the party was brilliant, and they arrived right on time. We had a slight issue accessing the hall (our fault), but they were incredibly understanding and worked quickly to get everything set up before guests arrived. The soft play and bouncy castle were a huge hit! The kids and babies were entertained for hours. Thank you so much! We’d definitely recommend and book again!”

“Thank you! Just wanted to say we were so pleased with the service of the bouncy castle! The delivery, how nice the guys were and how clean the bouncy castle and ball pool were. We will definitely use your company again and be recommending you to friends and family!”
