Our soft play sets are made for babies and toddlers, so younger guests have their own safe space while older children use the castle. We set it up and take it away for you.
If you’re inviting a mix of ages, a package keeps everyone busy and costs less than booking separately.
Most Hale parties are in back gardens. A 12ft x 12ft castle needs a flat area of about 15ft x 19ft, with 14–16ft of clear height above it, free of branches and wires. A gentle slope is usually fine.
For church and community halls, we have low-ceiling castles and soft play that fit under standard hall ceilings. Local venues our castles suit include:

We set up, run through the safety rules and show you how to switch the blower on and off.
We collect from 4pm. Overnight hire is £35 extra where the garden is fenced and locked.

Outdoor castles come with rain covers. If it’s too wet or windy to bounce safely, the castle should not be used, and we’ll talk you through your options.
We recommend 3–5 weeks ahead, especially for summer weekends. For last-minute parties, check availability online, as castles are often still free at short notice.
